Parking:

Park at the Parking deck located on the northwest corner of Market Avenue South and 3rd Street intersection. There is a skyway to the hotel from the Parking Deck. (The hotel is located on the south-east corner of the intersection.) Parking is free when you are staying in the hotel. (3rd level of the parking deck.) Parking is free for the reception.
